How did AkzoNobel experience the trainings with Sport in Business?
We really enjoyed the boxing and bootcamp sessions. There was a nice variety of exercises for all different fitness levels and accommodating for any injuries.
How did you experience sports with relatively unknown colleagues from different departments?
It was a really nice experience to workout with colleagues from other departments that you’d never met before.
What did you think of the different elements (boxing/circuit training/core) in the trainings?
The boxing was a lot of fun, and I think a really good stress reliever after a full day at the office. The variety of exercises in the bootcamp was ideal as it never got boring or repetitive and challenged everyone (from the unfit to very fit).
What did you think of the training level? Were the training sessions accessible to everyone?
Yes! Particularly for those of a lower to mid-level of fitness. For those of higher fitness levels, the session could have just been extended by one more round (for the bootcamp).
Would you recommend Sport in Business to other companies?
Absolutely! Liselot was very easy to deal with and the training sessions were easy to organise and very accessible for everyone. I’d highly recommend Sport in Business to any company looking for a fun and healthy way to network or team build!
