Sport in Business facilitates trainings for companies that include fit’boxing, circuit- , running- and resilience trainings. The basic idea is to improve the fitness of the employees. The targets are to decrease sick leave , increase the productivity of the employees and improve teambuilding. The training frequency can vary from 5 times a week to once a month. Duration can be from 30 to 60 minutes per training.
